Our second objective aims at boosting our conversion rates by making it easier for users to navigate our services and complete desired actions, such as making a purchase or collecting daily rewards. Simplifying these paths can involve redesigning navigation menus, optimizing page layouts for clearer action calls, and implementing predictive input fields to reduce the time and effort required for form completions. I discovered that user might be overwhelmed by the number of modes which user can play, so based on a data we decide to hide least popular modes. Thanks to this high converting modes became more exposed. Less popular ones now are hide in the new section called "more modes" so we buy some time to rework those modes and gather feedback how to improve them.

As a result of ideation this problem, we decide to create achivement based mode where user can redeem special points for the rewards. The more user spend time on our site the more he can get from the rewards. In addition once per specified period of time he automaticaly take a part in the giveaway with another chance to get reward.

Conclusion

To sum up, the work I have recently put into the project is more about extracting the value that is already working and focusing on relieving the user from the problem of too many choices. Relieving the user allowed us to increase conversions, because the exposure of the most liked elements had a positive impact on conversions.
